Rosa has a degree in Law and a master’s degree in International Law and International Trade. She has taken part in several EOMs with the OSCE and EU. Most recently, she worked as an LTO in Ecuador, Armenia and Montenegro. She was Deputy Operations Expert for the EUEOM to West Bank and Gaza (2005-06).

Michele has a degree in Political Sciences and a master’s degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management. He was an STO with the EU in Mauritania (2006 and 2007) and Zambia (2006).
