Marc has worked for more than 20 years in Rwanda and Burundi as a teacher. He has participated in several EOMs to Timor-Leste, Aceh, Liberia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia and FYROM.

Raimund is a political scientist and journalist. He has taken part in several EOMs as both LTO and STO including Nigeria, Aceh, Zambia, Haiti, Malawi, Croatia, Albania and FYROM.
