Milan has worked as both LTO and STO in several EOMs, including Ethiopia, Venezuela, Belorussia and Timor-Leste. He was the observer coordinator for the EU EOMs to Bolivia (2006) and Nicaragua (2006).

Monica has extensive experience in electoral observation. Since 1991 she has participated in a significant number of EOMs, particularly in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Most recently, she worked as an LTO for the EU EOMs to Bolivia, Nigeria and Guatemala (2007).
