Audrone has a master’s degree in Economics. She was a financial news editor on a Lithuanian business daily newspaper for more than eight years. Audrone worked as an OSCE election supervisor in Bosnia-Herzegovina and in Kosovo. She also participated in EU EOMs to the West Bank and Gaza and Sierra Leone.

Claudio has a master’s degree in Peace, Development and Conflict Studies. He has taken part in several EOMs including Guatemala, Timor-Leste, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Uganda and Guinea Bissau.
