Serena holds a master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. She has extensive election observation experience, having participated in several EOMs, including Ecuador, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malawi, Madagascar and Zimbabwe.

Soren works for the Swedish Tax Authority as a tax auditor. He has worked on EOMs to Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Bosnia, Russia, FYROM and West Bank and Gaza.
