Nicolas has a degree in Political Sciences and a master’s degree in Mediation and Cross-cultural Communication. He has participated in several EU EOMs in the DR Congo, Nigeria, Haiti, Uganda and Malawi.

Kris is a senior tax lawyer. She has worked as an STO for the OSCE in Albania and Moldova and was an LTO for the EU in Aceh (2007).
