Anna works in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hungary. She has worked as an LTO for the EU in Timor-Leste and as a registration and polling supervisor for the OSCE in Bosnia-Herzegovina (1997-1998).

Jose has a degree in Law. He has worked on election observation missions in Ecuador, Nigeria, DR Congo, Haiti, Ukraine, Albania, Indonesia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Cambodia.
