Henning is a retired administration officer. Since the early 90’s, he has participated in several election observation missions. Most recently he was an LTO with the EU EOMs to West Bank and Gaza (2005-6) and Zambia (2006).

Agnes is a public relations consultant. She has worked as an LTO in Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Zambia and as an STO in Liberia, West Bank and Gaza and Uganda.
