Panos has a master’s degree in European Studies and International Relations. He has participated in several EOMs as LTO and STO to DR Congo, Togo, Albania and FYROM.

Dagmar has a degree in Political Sciences and a master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratization. She has participated as both LTO and STO in EOMs to Nigeria, Albania, Serbia, Kosovo and Tanzania.
